I’ve played on coed hockey teams and can’t compete against men – biologically they’re stronger and faster. I felt for my own safety – at the beginner levels for adults in particular. In youth sports, the differences aren’t as obvious until about age 10 or 12 as hormones start to become more prominent.

If transgender males or males who “identify as females” (especially this class) want to compete, create a third athlete class. Allowing them to compete with girls and women is just unfair and eliminates any chances girls have as well as takes away any advances in women’s sports equality and equity. It’s just not equitable and isn’t that supposed to be what this is about?
